Digital Content Delivery Policy

In plain language
- Everything Malath offers is entirely digital. There is no shipping, no physical delivery, and no postal address is required.
- Once payments are enabled, access is granted through the platform immediately after the payment is confirmed.
- If access is delayed or fails, there is a published support route and a clear resolution path, including a refund where appropriate.
This summary is for convenience only. The detailed text below is what governs.
1. Digital products only
Everything Malath offers — novels, literary works, reading experiences and subscriptions — is a digital product or service consumed within the platform.
Malath sells no physical goods, ships nothing, and does not ask for a postal address for delivery purposes.
2. How delivery works
Content is delivered by making it accessible to you within the platform, in the browser.
Once payments are enabled, access to purchased content opens immediately after the payment provider confirms the transaction. There is no separate delivery step.
3. When access is granted
Access is immediate in the normal case — within moments of payment confirmation.
It may occasionally be delayed by a slow confirmation from the provider or a temporary technical fault.
4. Delivery confirmation
An on-screen confirmation appears when the transaction completes and access opens.
A confirmation is also emailed once accounts exist and a registered address is on file.
5. How purchased access is linked to you
Once accounts exist, purchased access is tied to your account and remains available when you sign in from any supported device.
Until accounts exist there are no purchases on the platform for access to be tied to.
6. Technical requirements
The platform works in an up-to-date modern browser supporting common web standards, with a working internet connection.
Some features may not work on very old browsers, modified systems, or environments that block scripts or local storage.
7. If access does not work
If you have paid and access has not opened:
- Check that a transaction confirmation appeared and that a receipt reached you.
- Reload the page, and try another browser or network.
- Write to [To be completed before launch] with the transaction reference, the date, and a description of the problem.
We aim to handle access failures promptly. If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, your case is covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Use and redistribution
The access granted to you is personal, non-transferable, and for non-commercial reading.
Works may not be copied, bulk-downloaded, republished or shared outside the platform without the rights holder's written permission.
9. Continued availability
Rights to present a particular work on the platform may end, in which case it is withdrawn from the library. We therefore do not promise that every work stays available permanently.
If that affects content you purchased or a subscription you hold, we will handle it under the terms of sale published at the time of purchase and under the applicable law, which may include a partial or full refund where appropriate.
We aim to give advance notice when a work available to subscribers is being withdrawn, so far as that is practical.
10. Contact
To report an access or delivery problem: [To be completed before launch], or use the Contact and Complaints page.
